Realize

Our initial stage is all about understanding your priorities, goals, motivations ("Why?"), and identifying any obstacles in your path.

Process: We kick off with an onboarding questionnaire, followed by a comprehensive 1-hour consultation. This phase includes informative lectures, a detailed joint-by-joint movement assessment, additional strength balance testing, and breathwork analysis, among other relevant evaluations.

Payoff: At the end of this stage, both you and your coach will have a crystal-clear picture of your current position, where you aspire to be, and the actionable steps required to bridge that gap.

Duration: Typically, this stage takes 1-3 weeks to complete.
